Privacy Policy

How we protect your data and maintain privacy for your developers and end-users.

Our Privacy Principles

Zero Knowledge

We never store sensitive user information like passwords or credentials by default.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.

Compliance

Fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2 Level II standards.

Transparency

You have complete control over what data is sent to our servers.

1. Data Collection

DebugX collects information necessary to provide our error monitoring services. This includes stack traces, browser environment data (OS, browser type, version), and breadcrumbs (anonymized user events prior to an error). We do not collect PII (Personally Identifiable Information) unless explicitly configured by you via our SDK.

2. Third-Party Access

We do not sell your data. We only share information with sub-processors (like AWS for hosting) as required to provide our service. A full list of our sub-processors is available upon request through our legal team.

3. Your Data Rights

You maintain ownership of your data. You may request deletion of project data, user accounts, or specific error logs at any time. We fulfill all data portability and deletion requests within 30 days.

Enterprise Controls

Enterprise customers have access to dedicated data residency options (e.g., EU-only storage) and custom retention policies for highly regulated industries.
